Baby who ‘might never smile’ grins from ear-to-ear for Golden Girls

Jazz was born with a severe chromosome condition, Trisomy 18, and doctors said he’d never be able to understand emotion or ever smile — that’s until he saw "The Golden Girls" and everything changed.
