Ballistics report raises questions in Breonna Taylor shooting

Steve Romines, an attorney for Breonna Taylor’s boyfriend Kenneth Walker, told ABC News that the ballistics report could not determine that “Kenny’s shot is [what] hit Officer Mattingly.”
