Amtrak Train Was Traveling 106 MPH Before Crash, Says NTSB

The speed limit at the site of derailment is 50 mph. Investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board are at the site of an Amtrak crash in Philadelphia today trying to determine the cause of Tuesday night's derailment.
