Israeli-Hezbollah ceasefire takes effect as many in Lebanon are left homeless

A ceasefire went into effect after Israel's Cabinet approved the U.S.-backed proposal to end fighting between Israel and Hezbollah after prolonged negotiations. ABC News’ Tom Soufi Burridge reports.
