New York Fashion Week is officially in full force, and UGG came out swinging with a high-profile collab with high-fashion designer Willy Chavarria that will have you rethinking how tough you're willing to look this fall.
Inspired by the interplay between the grit of biker culture and the cozy comfort you know and love from UGG, the collection features a variety of black leather moto-meets-UGG boots and slippers, each beautifully rendered to reflect the dynamic styles Chavarria is known for with his main fashion line.
Each pair features detailing that makes them feel extra special. For example: Silver plates engraved with each brand's name adorn the heels of the biker boots, black-on-black embroidery adds depth to the hotel slippers, and sculptural details add texture to the shaft and soles of the Guard boot.
The accompanying campaign features four prominent figures -- actress Eva Longoria, singer-songwriter Ivan Cornejo, actor Danny Trejo and global pop star star Becky G -- in images that portray them as a tough-dressed but warm-hearted family.
"We've designed this collection to be fierce and friendly," Chavarria said in a press release. "The archival influence of leather culture wrapped in the warmth and intimacy that only UGG can provide.
